★★★★★I brought my much-loved 2005 Chevy Colorado to Modern for the first significant repair since I've owned it. It was the first time I had taken a vehicle to Modern so I was a bit nervous since it was a big job, a new clutch (first one lasted 180,000 miles!) Brad Campbell was my service manager and he seemed very confident and professional. The work went fine, the repair was done well, everything works perfectly. However, a couple of months later I started noticing an oil leak, not major, but significant. I took it back in and Brad said he'd have the guys check it out. I left it overnight and came back to pick it up the next day. I didn't necessarily expect Brad to fix the leak for free so I didn't ask about it, thinking I'd see what they said on their own. Some shops might have tried to say the leak was not associated with the earlier repair, even though I was pretty sure it was. Not Brad. There was no charge for the repair. These guys earned my respect right out of the gate. I'll be happy to bring my truck back next time it needs anything. Great job!

Our Nissan Rogue just went over 90K miles, within 5 miles of going over 90K the vehicle started occasionally gently lurching. 2 days ago it started lurching at speeds greater than 45mph and the check engine light came on. I am not happy with the $6600.00 repair bill on CVT, the transmission is covered to 120000 miles per all the info I have read.

Finally, after looking at the Telluride, Palisade, and Santa Fe, we settled on a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. Of all the places we looked Modern Hyundai in Concord had great inventory and offered the best service in all categories. If you want a salesperson who listens to you and will help you in the process then Abraham Dunkle is your “Go To” for sales. World Class customer service at sales, easy negotiations and the finance guy was wonderful. Jim Morelli, the sales manager, also was great to work with before, during, and after the sale! Again, we are very pleased with the dealership and the time and care they show their clients. We got a very good deal and have always been treated very well there. Our salesperson Brad has kept in touch through the years and the dealership sends us updates on what the car may need like tire rotation and oil changes.
