I was very blessed to initially get directed to and work with Roderick Hinton.....he is awesome! He was in constant contact with me, responded to my outreaches quickly and professionally and our transaction the day i walked onto the lot was seamless...it had been a number of years since my last purchase and while some things had changed many remained the same however i was a bit rusty......Roderick assured me that he was there for me and wanted me to be satisfied......I/we had taken care of a lot of the process beforehand as i was going to be traveling out of state to purchase this car.......i believe that Roderick did his absolute best to get me the car i wanted at the price i wanted....... Roderick is a ROCK STAR and i am sure the level of support he gave to me he gives to all his customers........we spoke to him about my Niece who is looking to upgrade her Traverse in the next few months with a new one and I am sure they will be shopping at Modern and requesting Roderick specifically...... Franklin in Finance was also quite pleasant, engaging and worked diligently for me - looking for any other offerings or discounts he could to keep my payments where i wanted them... I am incredibly happy with my purchase - but most of all with an exemplary customer service experience - which sadly is rare these days.......I am definitely sharing my experience with Roderick and Modern with family and friends....... Overall, I give Modern an A+! THANK YOU
