I went there to get service for a administrative Nissan Altima that I had no idea what was wrong with. Turned out, there were multiple issues with the transmission and they informed me of a previous front-end collision that happened to the vehicle as it was Pre-owned. I felt hopeless and horrified that I would be stuck in a car that I couldn't drive. After a conversation with Sales I was given the option to get into a newer more dependable and safer ride.
