Let's face it, nobody likes the hassle of buying a new vehicle. But Zack, Tristin and Tyler at Modern Ford of Boone made the process quick and efficient. I did my research on what I had to get for my trade in and what I would pay for my new Ford and the first offer they presented was within a couple hundred dollars of what I was thinking. Zack even delivered the new truck to my house the following day and we sat on my porch and did all the paper work and then he drove my trade back to the dealer. Of all the new vehicles I've bought over the years from other dealers none of them has ever delivered to my door. Thanks guys!

Tom went the extra mile by staying with us during the whole process, and made sure to provide some laughs along the way. My husband and I have been searching for a used Tahoe for a few months and we came across the perfect one listed at Modern Nissan of Winston Salem. We live out of state in New Jersey so upon inquiring about the vehicle we had the pleasure of working with Ashley Quiros who sent us personalized videos and pictures within the hour. We went back and forth with Ashley via text after our initial call and she was wonderful and patient with us as we had many questions. Once we decided to move forward with purchasing the vehicle my husband took an early flight down to North Carolina and to our surprise the dealership offered to pick him up from the airport, even taking him to the nearest Chase bank prior to going to the dealership, on top of all that they picked him from the airport in the Tahoe we wanted to purchase so he got to experience the vehicle immediately. We are so happy with our new car and can’t say enough about how great the customer service is at Modern Nissan of Winston Salem. They went above and beyond and made the process seamless!

I purchased a 2022 certified Hyundai Santa Cruz from Modern Hyundai of Concord. My experience with the sales and service department was exceptional. My Hyundai certified sales associate Steven Colbert was knowledgeable and determined to find the right vehicle for me to replace my 2022 Cadillac XT4. The Santa Cruz has proven to be quieter, quicker, have more standard safety features and tows more than my XT4. If I’m being honest, I was embarrassed for my “ex” Cadillac. 🤦🏻‍♂️ During my visit to Modern Hyundai of Concord, both Dimitru (sales mngr) and George (finance mngr) were very helpful in answering questions and were respectful of my time at the store. This purchase may have been the fastest and easiest of my 10 or so vehicles I have owned in the past. I hope that this review encourages the next person to test drive the Santa Cruz at Modern Hyundai of Concord. This compact Hyundai truck is similar to the El Camino,Baha,Maverick, Sporttrac etc. I have driven each of those vehicles and I find the Santa Cruz to be the alpha of all of them.
