This was a fantastic experience overall. Not only did Modern beat all other prices I could find for this vehicle, I did the entire purchase remotely, including their valuation of my trade-in. They delivered the vehicle and retrieved the trade-in. Super simple and efficient. The vehicle was in even better condition than I expected, even though they had provided me with ample photos, video and documents about its condition (including a free CarFax report). I am rarely fully satisfied with retail experiences, but this experience was truly fully satisfying.

This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Modern in the last 24 months. These have been very pleasant experiences for each vehicle purchased. Why? Griffin Hawley handled all of the paperwork for me each time. Griffin knows his job, can answer any question related to financing accurately and has always done what I expected. Griffin has a great personality, always with a smile on his face. I cannot think of anyone else who works with automobile finance that has his personality, kindness, professionalism and knowlege. Everytime I have dealt with him or just visited the dealership, he has always made an effort to greet me with a handshake and when I am ready to leave, he again extends his hand in friendship thanking me for the good business relationship he and I have developed. All of the team at Modern are great to work with. It is nice to visit such a busy dealership and be called by your first name when entering the business. . We were greeted promptly and warmly, even though we arrived a bit early. We purchased a 2023 Colorado work truck that came with a Leer topper; however, we have lost the keys to the topper. Since we have never used it, we wish we had the option to buy the truck without the topper. Regardless, we now plan to sell it. Several associates offered us suggestions and provided resources to help us obtain a new key.Several of the associates offered us ideas and gave us resources to get a new key.
